Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you will love your products, which is why we offer a 10-day hassle free trial period upon delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you, less a 15% restocking fee. Please note, we do offer exchanges at this time. 
To start a return, please contact us at info@nurglow.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #___". If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an accepted return request will not be accepted.  
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. As such, we do recommend tracked shipping and/or shipment insurance. 
RETURN EXEMPTIONS 
Certain items may not be returned, due to the personal nature of the product. This includes our rollers, and/or facial tools that may come in contact with your eyes, face or mouth. This policy is due to the risk and nature of the current COVID-19 Pandemic.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale or gift cards. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 
REFUND ISSUANCE 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, to confirm it meets the agreement outlined in your return request. Once approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method (less the 15% restocking fee). 
Please note, it can take between 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund. We are not liable for the timeline once we have sent the confirmation of refund issuance, as this is not within our control.
DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please note that we offer shipment insurance that assures coverage if the products are damaged in shipment, as an add-on in checkout. Should you choose to opt-out of this option, any damages in-transit are not covered by NÜR Glow Science. We inspect and record each item prior to shipment, to ensure it is not damaged physically or functionally. 
Our Ultimate Skin Fridge, comes with a 1-year guarantee, which begins once the order is shipped. If your unit fails due to mechanical error at any point during this time, please contact us at info@nurglow.com with subject "Product Guarantee - Order #___", for us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
